Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 1st, because from 1 PM to 4 PM, the Dream Community Foundation (DCF) is hosting a Free Skate Day at the outdoor rink in Amery Park in support of Snack Attack, part of the Fuel for Kids program through the Airdrie Food Bank.
This family-friendly event is packed with winter fun and community spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned skater or stepping onto the ice for the first time, there’s something for everyone. No skates? No problem! Thanks to our partnership with KidSport, a Mobile Skate Shack will be on-site, offering free skate rentals to anyone in need.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! While you enjoy the crisp winter air and glide across the ice, warm up with some hot chocolate, perfect for keeping chilly fingers cozy.
